摘要:
为获得碟盘刀具振动切削破碎煤岩载荷大小,通过分析碟盘刀具与煤岩的作用过程,考虑其振动对煤岩的损伤作用,采用Weibull和对数正态分布确定了损伤因子,根据Mohr-Coulomb准则建立碟盘刀具振动切削煤岩大块崩落的理论损伤力学模型,运用ABAQUS 有限元软件仿真碟盘刀具破碎煤岩过程,对比分析了理论模型计算数值与仿真载荷。结果表明,Weibull与对数正态分布所建立的理论模型计算值与仿真的载荷均值具有较好的吻合性。不同煤岩强度下Weibull与对数正态分布下理论模型计算值与仿真值的平均误差分别为2.29%和2.34%。经仿真验证,Weibull分布与对数正态分布所建立的损伤力学模型适用于碟盘刀具振动切削破碎煤岩载荷的定量计算。
Abstract:
This paper is aimed at identifying the load of disc cutter vibration cutting broken coal and rock. The identification is obtained by determining the damage factor by analyzing the interaction process between disc cutter and coal and rock, considering the damage effect of disc cutter vibration on coal and rock and using Weibull distribution and lognormal distribution; developing the theoretical damage mechanics model for disc cutter vibration cutting coal and rock mass caving according to Mohr Coulomb criterion; simulating the process of disc cutter breaking coal and rock using ABAQUS finite element software; comparing and analyzing the theoretical model calculation value and simulation load. The results show that a better agreement is observed between the calculated values of the theoretical model based on Weibull distribution and lognormal distribution and the simulated load peak value. The average errors are 2.29% and 2.34% respectively between the calculated values of theoretical model and simulation values under Weibull and lognormal distribution under different coal and rock strength. The simulation verifies that the damage mechanics model building on Weibull distribution and lognormal distribution works better for the quantitative calculation of disc cutter vibration cutting broken coal and rock load.
